“I can’t explain how helpful it has been to offload & think about my thoughts & feelings. I had never really opened up too much previously, but I came home understanding how I had navigated my daughter’s death. This allowed me to explore my feelings with my wife in depth, which we had never really done together before.”

Dad who experienced perinatal loss
“Estelle provided a relaxed atmosphere which made it easy for me to open-up. I was initially sceptical about therapy, but Estelle knew how to get the best out of me.”

Young person
“I am so grateful for the work we have done together; it has not only made a positive impact on me but my whole family. I have been able to put things we spoke about in sessions into everyday life, and this has meant my whole family communicate differently now.”

Mum who experienced traumatic birth
“Estelle was kind and compassionate, never making me feel judged which made it easy for me to talk openly. Our work has been life changing and I have so much more confidence now.”

Young person & their family
“Estelle challenged me, but in a good way. This helped me to get a good understanding of what kept my difficulties going.”
